Graduate Lawyer Program
Our graduate program is designed to give you the best possible start to your legal career. You'll rotate through our key practice areas, work directly alongside partners and senior associates, and receive structured mentoring and training throughout.

Seasonal Clerkship Program
Our summer clerkship is a 6-8 week program for penultimate year law students. Clerks work alongside our lawyers on real transactions, attend client meetings, and develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate law practice in a high-quality transactional environment.
