Background and Experience
Alexander holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Business Law) and Juris Doctor, and was admitted as a solicitor in Western Australia in December 2017. He commenced as a Solicitor with Steinepreis Paganin in February 2018 and then joined the Melbourne office between February and December 2019 before returning back to Perth. On 1 January 2026, Alexander was appointed as a Senior Associate of the Firm.
Alexander’s experience include advice in relation to general commercial law, equity capital market transactions, commercial drafting, due diligence investigations, the Corporations Act and ASX compliance.
